Promotional Terms and Conditions

By using any promotional offer, discount, or coupon from DallAire Heating and Cooling, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Promotions, discounts, and coupons are valid for 30 days from the date of publication unless otherwise stated.
Offers are only applicable within our standard service area. Additional travel charges may apply outside of this area.
Valid for single-family residential properties only unless explicitly stated. Multi-unit properties, rental units, and commercial properties may require additional fees or be ineligible for promotional pricing.
Discounts cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or membership discounts unless explicitly stated.
Promotions must be mentioned and presented at the time of scheduling and service to be honored.
One promotion per household per service visit.

Some promotions may advertise a flat rate price, but this does not constitute a contract for that price.
Certain homes and systems may require additional products or services beyond what is included in the promotion to ensure proper installation, operation, or compliance with safety codes. Any necessary additional costs will be quoted before work is performed.
Promotional pricing is limited to a single HVAC system (5 tons or smaller) per household unless otherwise stated. Additional systems, equipment, or larger units may require additional fees.
If additional work is required to safely and successfully complete the promotional service and the client declines that work, we reserve the right to refuse to perform any service, including the promotional service.

Coupons and promotions do not apply to previous services, invoices, or scheduled work.
Certain offers may only apply to specific equipment, brands, or service tiers.
Discounts cannot be applied to permit fees, manufacturer fees, financing fees, or other third-party costs.
Promotions are not valid for cash back, gift card purchases, or service contract payments.
Free services or complimentary add-ons included in promotions have no cash value and cannot be substituted for another product or service.

Service appointments using a promotion or discount are subject to availability and may be scheduled at DallAire Heating and Cooling’s discretion.
Some promotions may be limited to specific timeframes or seasonal availability.
Promotional discounts are void if the client cancels and reschedules the service outside of the promotional period.
Estimates generated as part of a promotion will remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Promotional discounts do not apply to financing agreements unless explicitly stated.
Clients opting for in-house financing must meet approval requirements, and any discounts applied will be adjusted accordingly.
